It makes the smallest changes that make your writing clearer, shows you what changed and why, and sends your text straight from your browser to the AI provider you pick — so you decide which company processes your writing, on which plan, and what you pay.

Your text goes from your browser directly to your chosen AI provider, which processes it under its own terms. Your key, settings and last 20 results stay in your browser until you remove them. How your data is handled.

Every instruction sent to the model is readable in the page source. TidyText AI itself is free — you pay your AI provider directly for what you use.
TidyText AI is built for adults who write every day — at work, in a second language, or both. The AI providers set their own rules: you must be 18 or over and meet your provider's terms. Google, for example, requires Gemini API users to be 18 or over and describes the API as for professional or business use, not consumer use; in the UK, EEA and Switzerland we also recommend its paid tier, though a paid key doesn't change Google's consumer-use statement. Who can use TidyText.
